Sugar Land Nutrition is the private practice of Patty Martin, a registered dietitian nutritionist with a master's in public health. Her counseling focuses on women's weight loss and hormone-related concerns, including perimenopause, menopause, PCOS, insulin resistance and infertility. She also works with teenagers, athletes, couples and families, and takes on heart disease and diabetes management, sports nutrition, disordered eating, GI issues and food allergies.

Work with Patty starts with an initial consultation that covers body fat analysis, resting metabolic rate and goal setting, followed by weekly or biweekly check-ins with a plan built around your schedule.
