Sugar Land

Fitness Connection Sugar Land is a full-service gym with a large weight floor, a spacious workout area with multiple deadlift platforms and squat racks for powerlifting, and cardio machines in a movie-theater-style room. The club also has basketball courts, racquetball courts, a women's workout area, and a wood-paneled dry sauna in both locker rooms.

Group classes run in a studio with an instructor stage and large screens, including Les Mills BODYPUMP and cycling classes, and class offerings vary by location. Personal trainers are available for one-on-one sessions, and an ProShop sells athletic apparel, supplements and drinks. The gym is on Highway 6 South in Sugarland, and the club is opening a newer Strength section with upgraded equipment.
