Riverbend Country Club

Riverbend Country Club is a private club in Sugar Land that has been serving members since 1957. Golf is the center of it, with a course designed by Press Maxwell Jr. that members describe as one of the area's most challenging. The club also offers tennis, pickleball, fitness, a pool and a playground, plus dining and social events.

Membership is by invitation, and the club is set up as a home away from home for members and their guests. Members get a double-sided practice facility, a practice green and short-game pitching greens, and the club runs team golf, clinics and summer camps for junior golfers. Riverbend hosts weddings, outings and tournaments, and it is at 1214 Dulles Ave. in Sugar Land.
