Sterling Gymnastics Academy

Sterling Gymnastics Academy teaches gymnastics to kids from toddlers to teens, with preschool classes starting at 18 months, recreational and Samurai classes for kids 6 and up, and boys and girls competitive teams. Classes include obstacle-course and trampoline work, and the academy also runs day camps, open gyms and fundraisers.

The academy hosts private birthday parties with pizza and juice included and setup and cleanup handled by staff. Open gym nights on Fridays include music, games and a bounce house, and visiting parents can watch from a viewing area. The Sterling Heights location is at Gatewood Drive, and the academy also runs a second gym in Clinton Township.
