Friendly Outdoor Storage

Friendly Outdoor Storage rents outdoor parking units for vehicles, boats, RVs and similar items, and says it is the largest outdoor storage operator in Macomb County. The site describes about 1,320 parking units on more than 50 acres, with paved and milled surfaces, marked and assigned spaces, and 12-foot-wide spaces with 30-foot aisles.

The lot is fenced at 8 feet with video cameras, keypad entry and a motorized exit gate, and it is lit at night. Tenants can use a free dump station and a compressed air station for tire inflation. Clients can get in between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM, and special access outside those hours can be arranged by contacting the property manager. The facility is at 33400 Maple Lane Road in Sterling Heights.
