Community Partners Title Agency is a title agency that handles residential and construction title work for transactions across Michigan. For home sales, the agency issues lender and owner title insurance policies, holds buyer deposits, prepares the closing documents and runs the closing itself, working alongside the buyer, seller and other real estate professionals involved. For new construction, the team looks for existing liens, orders a survey to establish the property boundaries, and can help protect against liens from builders' subcontractors.

The agency works exclusively with Fidelity National Title Insurance Company. Office hours are weekdays from 9 to 5, with the office closed on weekends. Staff can answer questions throughout the transaction, and the office is in Sterling Heights.
