CrossFit Caveman

CrossFit Caveman, known around town as the Cave, is a CrossFit gym that has built a close-knit community since it opened in 2010. It offers group CrossFit classes and open gym sessions, and it aims to be an encouraging, friendly and inclusive place for members and newcomers alike. The gym describes itself as family-friendly.

Classes run early weekday mornings, at lunchtime and in the evenings, with a Saturday morning class and two Sunday sessions. Friday evenings have open gym in place of a 6:30 PM class. New visitors can sign up for a free two-week trial on the website. The gym serves Sugar Land, Missouri City and the Stafford area, and it is located in Stafford, Texas.
