Atomic CrossFit

Atomic CrossFit is a CrossFit gym in Stafford that offers high-intensity group classes built around strength and endurance, along with Strongman classes, HYROX-focused training and nutrition coaching. The strength portion of a class might cover Olympic weightlifting, deadlifting, squatting or handstand push-ups, followed by a workout that changes daily and usually runs from about 5 to 20 minutes or more.

New visitors can start with a free trial class, arranged through the contact form. Beginners are advised to begin with three to four classes a week. The gym is off US-90 with access to US-59, Highway 6 and Beltway 8, and it serves Stafford, Sugar Land and Missouri City. Members have filtered water, and other snacks and drinks are sold on site. Payment is by credit or debit card, not personal check.
