St. Pete Painter

Tropical Painting has been a painting contractor in the St. Petersburg area since 1975, handling residential and commercial interior and exterior painting. The company also restores wood components by reinforcing them with structural adhesive and putty, and takes on masonry repairs, exterior carpentry, tile roof cleaning and painting, pool deck repair, and garage floor painting.

The business is locally owned and operated, and the owners supervise each crew on site. Employees go through background checks, and the company is licensed, bonded and insured and offers a guarantee on its workmanship. Estimates are free and set up by appointment through the office phone or email. For interior jobs, crews move and pack furnishings and cover and seal floors, windows and doors. The office is in St. Petersburg, and the company also works in Clearwater and Tampa.
