Compass Painting of SWFL

Compass Painting is a locally owned painting contractor that handles interior and exterior painting for homes, along with HOA and condo buildings, commercial properties and common stucco, drywall and wood rot repairs. Prep work is a large part of the job, with pressure washing, mildew treatment, crack sealing, patching and priming done before the topcoat goes on. Starting prices are listed for exterior and interior repaints, and every job gets a fixed written quote.

JP and Paolo are the people you deal with from the first call through the final walkthrough. The company is based in St. Petersburg and works across Sarasota, Manatee, Pinellas and Hillsborough counties. Interior work uses low-odor, low-VOC paint, so most households and businesses can stay in the building during the job. A 35% deposit is due at booking, with the balance after the final walkthrough, and invoices go through Jobber.
