Home builders in St. Louis

Home builders plan and construct new houses, and many also take on renovations, room additions and energy-efficient upgrades to existing homes. Common services include custom home design, site evaluation and preparation, project management and ongoing maintenance packages, so you can match a builder to whether you are starting from an empty lot or updating a house you already own. When you call a builder in St. Louis, ask who will manage the job day to day and how changes to the plans are priced and approved before work starts. Request two or three references for projects of similar size, and get the timeline and payment schedule in writing. Reaching out during the early planning stage, before the design is set, gives you the most room to compare options.
