Garcia Construction

Garcia Construction is a small St. Louis builder best known for historic restoration, which the company calls its bread and butter. Its projects range from a new build on a once-overgrown lot to restored older buildings, along with garages and kitchen remodels. The team includes an architect and a designer alongside sales, finance and project management staff.

Owners Berto Garcia, Ivan Garcia and Joe McGuire lead the company, and Chuck Bailey serves as project manager. Calls and emails go through the contact page, and the office keeps set weekday hours and is closed on weekends. The company describes itself as a small operation, so the people who quote a job are likely to be involved in building it.
