Its truffles are hand-decorated in flavors such as raspberry, caramel fudge brownie, German chocolate, mint and espresso, and the company also sells boxed chocolates, seasonal confections and custom corporate gift boxes. The business was started in 1981 by Dan and Rosalie Abel, and their children now work in the factory alongside a team of artisan candy makers.

Customers can shop online or order by phone, and the company offers free factory tours that include a visit to its chocolate cafe and wine bar. Custom corporate orders need at least two to three weeks of lead time.
