Barx Crossfit

BARx CrossFit is a CrossFit gym in Kirkwood that describes itself as more than a gym, with a community of fitness enthusiasts and coaches who guide members through workouts. The gym offers CrossFit classes along with programs for teens, neurodivergent training and adaptive training, so it works for people new to CrossFit as well as experienced competitors.

Membership is offered as unlimited classes or set numbers of classes per month, with separate rates for teens, military and first responders, and teachers and students. A first introductory class is free, drop-in classes are available, and an On Ramp program offers four classes for a one-time fee. The gym is on Big Bend Road just east of Highway 270, and questions or sign-up requests can be sent by email.
