Ameren

Ameren is an electric and natural gas utility serving customers in Missouri and Illinois. Households and businesses can set up, stop or move their service, choose renewable energy supply options, and sign up for budget billing so their bill is spread evenly across the year. Business customers can also look into gas supply choices and energy efficiency incentives.

New or moving customers can start, stop or move service online, and outages can be reported through the outage center or the mobile app. Customers who are behind on bills can look into payment assistance options. Missouri and Illinois customers each have their own customer service phone line, and both are open on weekday business hours.
