Shriners clubhouse with a golf course in midtown St. Joseph701 North Noyes Blvd., St. Joseph, MO
Moila Country Club is the clubhouse of Moila Shrine, a local chapter of the Shriners fraternity, on 103 acres in midtown St. Joseph. The grounds include a golf course that hosts tournaments, along with a fitness center, dining rooms and swimming pools. The club has about 1,200 members, and its building was remodeled in 2018 to add the fitness center and update the dining areas.
Membership runs through the Shriners fraternity, and the club hosts family activities and events throughout the year. Members and outside groups can book events at the facility. Much of the club's purpose centers on supporting Shriners Hospitals for Children, which provide orthopedic, cleft palate, spinal cord and burn care for children under 18 at no cost to families. Families who think a child might qualify can call the toll-free line to start an application.
