Hazel's Coffee & Roasting Company

Hazel's roasts its own beans in small batches and pairs them with an all day breakfast menu, a simple lunch and dinner lineup, and a line of pastries and baked goods made in house. The business began in 1995 as Felix Street Coffee Company downtown before moving to its current cafe, which has a drive-thru.

A second location downtown, Hazel's Coffee Bar, serves the same coffee along with beer, wine and cocktails and a small food menu. The cafe is meant to be a comfortable place for gatherings, studying and game play. Hazel's also sets up coffee and drink bars for corporate events, office parties, festivals, weddings and schools, starting with a conversation about drink and pastry menus, timing and staffing.
