PMU and Beauty by Rebecca specializes in permanent makeup for brows, lips and eyes. The menu includes microblading and hair-stroke brows, powder and combo brows, lip blushing, permanent eyeliner, and smudge lash-line enhancement. Rebecca Alexander, a licensed permanent makeup artist and licensed cosmetologist, brings more than 26 years of beauty industry experience, along with time spent as a phlebotomist.

Each appointment starts with a consultation to settle on a shape and pigment color, and a numbing cream is applied for comfort. Clients return for a touch-up six to ten weeks later, and a complimentary fine-tuning session is included within six to eight weeks. Financing is available through Cherry. Meditation and relaxation treatments are also offered, and the studio is on Maine Mall Road in South Portland.
