Bayside Furniture Repair & Upholstery

Bayside Furniture Repair & Upholstery repairs and reupholsters furniture, with work on wood frames, springs, seat cores and cushions. Repairs include new legs and spindles, spring replacement, frame damage repair and fixing squeaky seats, and the shop also makes pillows, seat cushions and boat cushions. Custom upholstery, spray painting of older painted pieces, and custom ottomans are offered as well.

Stan LaCourse, who has more than 30 years of experience in upholstery and furniture repair, leads the work. Projects start with a plan and fabric selection, and clients can request in-home service calls for repairs and seat cushion templating. Deliveries are available. The shop is at 200 Westbrook Street in South Portland.
