Ten Thousand Villages Hagerstown is a fair trade retail store selling artisan-crafted home decor, personal accessories and gift items from more than 120 artisan groups in about 30 countries. The shop carries holiday decorations, nativities, jewelry, kitchen and bath goods, candles, toys and games, and it also sells gift cards.

The store sits on Pennsylvania Avenue just north of the Maugans Avenue intersection in Hagerstown. It is open Monday through Friday and on Saturday until 4 PM, and is closed Sunday. Shoppers can also order online with free shipping on orders of $150 and up. The store runs a thrift shop at 301 West Franklin Street, with proceeds supporting the Mennonite Central Committee, and offers educational presentations for churches, schools and civic groups.
