Light Street Psychotherapy

Light Street Psychotherapy offers individual, couples and family therapy for adults and adolescents, working with trauma, anxiety, depression, divorce, relationship issues and anger management. Clinicians draw on evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Internal Family Systems, and the practice also offers treatment for chronic pain, play therapy using art, music and sand tray, and yoga psychology.

The practice is private pay and does not contract with insurance companies, though many health plans cover outpatient psychotherapy. A free consultation is offered before starting. Sessions are held in person and by telehealth for clients across New Jersey, with telehealth also available in Florida. For emergencies, the office directs people to call 911.
