About Pond Pro 2000

The story

Pond Pro 2000 makes PondPro 2000, a catalyst-based liquid butyl rubber sealant for stubborn pond leaks. It is designed to be coated directly over an existing EPDM pond liner, so owners can skip draining the pond, relocating fish and removing rocks, plants and slate. The product is sold in 1-gallon and 5-gallon sizes, with butyl seam tape and caulk also available.

The coating is applied in two passes, a light flash coat followed by a full main coat, and it is meant for EPDM liners only, not PVC. The product is made in the USA and carries a 20-year manufacturer warranty.
