Ascension Childcare

Ascension Childcare, Inc., known as ACC, is a early childhood care and education center that has served the Shelburne community for over 30 years. It cares for about 50 children from six weeks to five years old and has served more than 2,000 children since it opened. The center uses emergent, open-ended curriculum built on play, and it is NAEYC accredited and holds a 5 STAR rating.

Families join a waitlist by emailing the Assistant Director at the office address, noting the child's age and whether they need full or part time care. Tours are offered when enrollment spaces are open. Full-time tuition is currently $500 per week, and the center accepts CCFAP tuition assistance. The center is at 2386 Shelburne Road in Shelburne.
