Ardesh

Ardesh is a large secondhand furniture and decor shop, just over 10,000 square feet, selling unique furniture and what the owner calls finds. The inventory covers dining room tables, seating, sideboards, bedroom dressers, desks, lighting, rugs, and a wide range of porcelain, pottery, art glass, antiques, and paintings, with many pieces from the 18th to 20th century.

The owner, Danial, hunts for well-made and interesting pieces, and the stock changes constantly, so each visit can turn up something new. Shoppers can browse part of the inventory online and can also send a special request for items they are looking for. Owners with pieces to sell can email photos for consideration. The shop is at 3093 Shelburne Road in Shelburne, Vermont.
