The Melting Point

The Melting Point is a glass blowing studio in Sedona that teaches beginner classes and master classes in its hot shop. Guests shape glass pieces with instructors, and popular projects include flowers, cacti, bowls, paperweights and beads. The shop also sells finished glass art and takes custom commissions.

Classes run in small groups, often about two hours, and the instructors do most of the heavy glass work while guests shape and color their own piece. Finished pieces are kept overnight and can be picked up the next day or shipped for an added fee. Private parties and bachelorette groups can book sessions, and the studio is wheelchair accessible with free parking. It is on State Route 89A in Sedona, Arizona.
