Universal Tours

Universal Tours is a travel agency that specializes in flights and trips to Southeast Asia. The agency says it has served travelers for more than two decades and covers every country in the region, from Vietnam and Thailand to Indonesia and the Philippines. Its staff also help with emigration paperwork, so clients moving abroad can have their documents checked.

Travelers who book through Universal Tours can call the office for support if a flight is delayed or canceled, instead of contacting the airline directly. The staff are fluent in English and Vietnamese. The office is on South Jackson Street in Seattle's Little Saigon area, and the agency is an accredited travel agency that represents several airlines.
