Tillicum Marina

Tillicum Marina is a moorage and office property on the north shore of Lake Union in Seattle. It rents covered and uncovered boat slips with direct lake access, along with a small number of offices for small and medium-sized businesses.

Boat slips accommodate vessels from under 20 feet up to 38 feet. The marina has been serving moorage and office tenants in this location for more than 60 years. Office hours are by appointment only, and the offices have views of the lake, the city and the marina. The marina is at 1335 North Northlake Way.
