Space Bar Wellness

Space B.A.R. is a wellness studio in West Seattle built around sauna, cold plunge, contrast therapy and red light sessions, with regenerative massage and guided breathwork offered as part of the same routine. Group and outdoor sessions, plus a monthly Flow State Friday workshop and social gathering, give members a community side to the practice. Coaching is available through the studio's app.

Sessions can be booked as private rooms or communal sessions, and single sessions and credit packs are sold alongside monthly plans of four to twelve sessions. Walk-ins are welcome and first-timers are encouraged, with easy parking at the California Avenue location. The studio serves West Seattle, White Center, Admiral Junction and Delridge.
