Rose Gold Soft Wash Co. does low-pressure soft washing and exterior preservation for historic and high-end homes. Its work centers on roofs, cedar shake and slate, brick and stone masonry, gutters, siding, and driveways and walkways, with a focus on removing moss, lichen and organic growth without damaging shingles, mortar or window seals.

The company is run by founder and lead preservationist Lonnie Baldwin, who oversees each project and provides a digital condition report with photos and a maintenance schedule when the job is done. Rose Gold captures wash water on site with vacuum recovery and says it keeps runoff out of storm drains and the Lake Washington watershed.
