Rojo Moss Removal and Power Washing

Rojo Moss Removal and Power Washing cleans roofs, removes moss and washes exterior surfaces around Seattle. Roof moss is removed mostly by hand, one shingle at a time, with a soft-washing option for delicate shingles. The crew avoids pressurized water on shingled roofs and does not use harsh chemicals or herbicides, and it offers zinc-based or metal-free moss treatments to slow regrowth. Gutter cleaning, solar panel and skylight cleaning, and driveway, deck, patio and siding washing round out the list, and roof and gutter work can be done on the same day as pressure washing.

Free estimates are offered, and the company is both family-owned and locally owned. It works on commercial as well as residential properties. Crews clean up after each job, including gutter debris removed by hand, so the yard and roof are left clear. The office is on 50th Avenue South in Seattle, and the company says it serves the wider Seattle area, from Auburn to Mill Creek.
