Revitalize Spa

Revitalize Spa is a holistic wellness spa run by Emma, who combines a science background with training as a dancer and athlete and her own experience with chronic illness. Its core offerings are a Wellness Circuit using a vibrational plate, PEMF pulses and an infrared sauna, Contour red light body contouring with an LED facial option, and intuitive energy healing based on Reiki. The spa also hosts a monthly evening of guided meditation and small-group conversation called Conscious Connections.

Sessions are booked in advance, and the spa offers a free 15-minute consult before you commit. Red light treatments come in 12- and 16-session packages, and energy healing sessions run 30 or 60 minutes. The space is a quiet home-style studio at 8142 15th Avenue Southwest in Seattle's West Seattle area, and clients often come in for pain, fatigue, or recovery from injury or surgery.
