Northwest Work Lofts rents office, studio and workshop space in a restored 1927 warehouse in Belltown. The building has been owned by the Andrews family since the late 1930s and has served artists, startups and small manufacturers over the years. Its heavy timber, high ceilings, exposed wood beams and wide windows suit startups, artists, artisans, professionals and small manufacturers, with suites from about 1,280 to 4,294 rentable square feet.

Leasing starts with a form on the website or a call to the leasing office, where tours are arranged. Tenants have an on-site property management team, a shared conference center, and multiple loading docks with ramp access to each floor. The building sits near the waterfront, Olympic Sculpture Park and Myrtle Edwards Park, with restaurants and bars nearby. The leasing office is open on weekdays.
