Northwest Restorative Medicine

Northwest Restorative Medicine is the practice of Dr. Carley Squires, a licensed naturopathic doctor and acupuncturist who focuses on chronic pain, regenerative medicine and autoimmune conditions. Her injection work includes prolotherapy, platelet-rich plasma, perineural injection therapy and stem cell treatments, paired with attention to diet, hormones, emotional stress, structural misalignments, chronic infections and environmental toxicity. She also works with hypermobility spectrum disorders, craniocervical instability and headaches.

Visits can be in person at the Seattle office or by telehealth, and appointments are scheduled through Neuroveda Health. Injections are performed under image guidance, and patients are encouraged to take an active role in their own healing. Naturopathic care and acupuncture are also offered for people who want a more holistic approach alongside injections.
