Lane Hardwood Floors

Lane Hardwood Floors is a family-owned flooring contractor that installs, refinishes, repairs and maintains hardwood floors, including stair work. The company works with both prefinished and site-finished solid and engineered hardwood, and uses solvent-based and water-based finishes. Its reviews mention refinishing older floors, blending new boards into existing hardwood, and patching damaged sections.

Work is done for single-family homes, condos and light commercial spaces. Free estimates are offered for new installations and refinishing, either in person or virtually. The company is based at its showroom on Aurora Avenue North in Shoreline, which is open by appointment only, and it serves homeowners across Seattle, Bellevue, Mercer Island, Kirkland, Edmonds and Redmond.
