Oak-aged, barrel-focused beers brewed in Seattle1421 Elliott Ave, W Seattle, WA

Holy Mountain Brewing is a Seattle brewery that makes lagers, hoppy beers and mixed-fermentation beers aged in oak and stainless steel. The brewery calls itself the original oak and barrel focused brewery in Seattle, and it blends bourbon barrel beers, cans lagers and hoppy styles, and fills bottles of naturally carbonated mixed fermentation beer.
The Interbay taproom at 1421 Elliott Ave W is 21 and over only, while the Phinney taproom on Greenwood Avenue North is all ages. Well-behaved dogs are welcome at both locations. Beer can also be bought in bars, shops and restaurants that carry it, and merch and available bottles and cans can be ordered online.
