Helena's Cleaners

Helena's Cleaners is a dry cleaner and laundry service that handles dry cleaning, laundry by the pound, laundry subscriptions, household items like bedding and linens, couture cleaning, bridal gown cleaning, shoe care, and alterations and repairs. The business has been operating since 1984 and offers a satisfaction guarantee: if a customer is unhappy with a cleaning, the item is re-cleaned for free, and if still unsatisfactory, the customer gets a full credit or refund.

Helena's runs free pickup and delivery across King and Pierce counties, including Seattle, the Eastside, Normandy Park and South King County, Federal Way and Tacoma. Pickup and delivery are scheduled Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm, with Saturday pickup during the same hours. The Normandy Park location on 1st Avenue South has a kiosk open 24 hours a day for drop-off and pickup, and the business also has Queen Anne kiosks in Seattle. Standard dry cleaning takes two business days, and rush service is available on request for an added fee.
