Myofunctional therapy for breathing, sleep, and jaw concerns1501 4th Ave Ste 312, Seattle, WA

Glossa Myo offers orofacial myofunctional therapy for breathing, sleep, and jaw problems. The practice looks at how the lips, tongue, and jaw rest, breathe, chew, and swallow, then gives daily exercises to retrain those patterns. Yan Liu, who works with both children and adults, is the therapist behind the practice.
The process starts with a free 15-minute video consultation to see whether therapy is likely to help. A full in-person evaluation in downtown Seattle includes photos and video of muscle function, chewing, and swallowing. Therapy runs over six to twelve months, mostly by video every two to three weeks, with in-person visits at the start, midpoint, and end. Services are not covered by insurance, but FSA and HSA funds, Zelle, check, or card are accepted. Sessions are offered in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
