City Sweats offers cold plunge and infrared sauna sessions, along with contrast therapy, red light treatments, mechanical lymphatic drainage, fascia blasting and body sculpting. Infrared rooms come with aromatherapy and chromotherapy, and visits can include a mineral shower and a Himalayan salt and white sand relax room with chilled tea and oranges.

Appointments are needed, and the studio asks for a call at least 24 hours ahead to cancel or change a visit, or a late fee of 50% of the service price applies. Missed appointments without notice are charged in full, and all sales are final. Monthly memberships, punch cards and gift cards are available. The West Seattle studio is in the Fauntleroy area, and the company also has locations in Wallingford and Bellevue.
