Aquarium Zen

Aquarium Zen is a tropical fish store in Seattle focused on the Nature Aquarium style of freshwater design, which pairs living aquatic plants with layouts of wood and stone. The shop sells healthy tropical fish, aquatic plants, rimless glass aquariums and equipment, and it is an official retailer of ADA products. Owner Steve Waldron handles every customer interaction himself and brings more than 30 years of aquarium experience.

The display gallery and showroom are open to the public, and there is a hardscape area where visitors can test wood and stone arrangements before buying. Design consultations are available, and select clients can have a Nature Aquarium installed in a home or office. The store is on NE 64th Street in Seattle, and its hours run Wednesday through Friday afternoons and most of the weekend, with Mondays and Tuesdays closed.
