Shane Scanlon Law handles criminal defense and personal injury cases, led by Shane Scanlon, a former Lackawanna County District Attorney with more than 20 years of courtroom experience. The criminal side covers DUI, drug charges, assault, theft, juvenile cases, traffic citations and protection from abuse orders, up to homicide. The injury side takes on car, truck, motorcycle and pedestrian crashes, dog bites, premises liability, wrongful death and medical malpractice.

Initial consultations are free and can be scheduled by phone or through the contact form. The practice has operated under Scanlon's own name since 2018. The office is in Scranton, and the firm also handles protection from abuse matters in Lackawanna and Luzerne counties.
