Scranton Parking

Scranton Parking manages public parking in downtown Scranton, covering several garages and metered on-street spaces. Garage parking is charged hourly, with a daily maximum of $15.00 for up to 24 hours, and monthly rates are also available. Special events can use a flat $6.00 fee, and electric vehicle charging stations are billed at $0.35 per kilowatt hour.

On-street meters are enforced Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM, and the Marketplace at Steamtown garage follows mall hours instead of round-the-clock access. Downtown residents can get a discounted monthly rate of $74 at the Casey, Electric City and Linden garages after uploading proof of residency. The parking office is on Adams Avenue, and citations are disputed online only.
