Robert M. Buttner, Attorney at Law

Robert M. Buttner is a Scranton criminal defense and appellate attorney with more than 30 years of practice. His work covers felony and misdemeanor defense, DUI and DWI cases, drug and assault charges, theft and white-collar matters, criminal appeals, and post-conviction petitions. Buttner also takes civil litigation and estate litigation matters, and he is a former Scranton and Lackawanna County assistant solicitor.

Every initial contact with the office includes a free consultation, which is usually handled by phone. Buttner represents clients across Lackawanna and Luzerne counties and the surrounding region, and is admitted to all Pennsylvania courts, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and federal courts including the Middle District of Pennsylvania. The office is in the Scranton Bank Building on North Washington Avenue, downtown Scranton.
