Coffee & cafés in Scranton

Coffee shops and cafés are places to get a quick espresso drink, a cold iced coffee, or a bite before work, and many also serve as a spot to sit, read or meet someone. Common offerings include espresso drinks, chai lattes, loose leaf tea, smoothies, baked goods, breakfast burritos and bagel sandwiches, and some also handle catering for office meetings or small gatherings. When choosing one, ask whether they take orders for catering with advance notice, since popular days can fill up quickly. If you need a seat for a meeting or to work, visit at a quieter hour first to check the noise level and whether there are outlets and Wi-Fi.
