Mochilero Kitchen

Mochilero Kitchen serves scratch-made Mexican food inspired by regional kitchens across Mexico, with more than 40 dishes prepared fresh each day. Signature items include the short rib, baja fish and shrimp diablo tacos, quesabirria, chilaquiles and carne asada tacos, along with guacamole and plantain chips. The menu runs from breakfast and brunch through dinner.

Guests can order takeout or delivery online, or book catering with pickup, delivery or a fully staffed event. Scottsdale happy hour runs Tuesday through Friday afternoons, and a rewards program earns points on online orders. A second location is on Happy Valley Road in Peoria.
