Mobile Trainers

Mobile Trainers sends personal trainers to clients' homes, apartment gyms or nearby parks across the Greater Phoenix area. Services include personal training, couples and small group sessions, nutrition consulting with a registered dietitian on staff, 3D body scanning and corporate wellness. Goals covered include weight loss, strength training, corrective exercise, senior fitness and postpartum weight loss.

A free consultation comes first, where trainers learn about goals, exercise history and fitness level before recommending a plan. Sessions are priced between $75 and $119 depending on length and quantity purchased, and trainers bring their own equipment. Clients can request a different trainer at any time and a full refund after the first session if they are not satisfied. The Scottsdale office is at Evans Road.
