Fly Cuisine

Fly Cuisine prepares Michelin-inspired catering for private jet flights, packed so flight attendants can plate it quickly in a tight galley. The menu runs from breakfast items like smoked salmon blini, omelettes and frittatas to lunch, salads, soups, entrees, sides and desserts, and can be built around passenger preferences or a theme. Dishes are clearly labeled and sealed for the cabin, and vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free and kosher options can be arranged.

Orders require a $250 food and beverage minimum and at least 24 hours' notice, with rush service sometimes available. Deliveries go to private aviation hubs across Arizona, arriving about two hours before departure, and the kitchen is based in Scottsdale. Fly Cuisine is a division of Emily's Events.
