Elase is a med spa, formerly known as Derma Health, that offers injectables such as wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, Sculptra and Kybella alongside laser treatments like Morpheus8, CO2 fractional laser and laser hair removal. Facials, chemical peels, microneedling and body contouring with CoolSculpting and Emsculpt Neo are also on the menu, and hair restoration and peptide therapies round out the list.

Appointments can be booked online or by phone. New visitors can take an online quiz for a suggested treatment plan and 15% off their first visit. A membership program offers member pricing on treatments, and gift cards are available. The Scottsdale spa is one of several Arizona locations in a chain that also operates in other states.
