Crossroads Counseling

Crossroads Counseling is a counseling practice offering individual therapy for adults, couples counseling, child, teen and family therapy, and trauma treatment. Its therapists work with anxiety, depression, grief and trauma, using approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, EMDR, Attachment-Based Therapy and Internal Family Systems. A Christian counseling track is also offered, along with premarital counseling and services for first responders.

New clients can book a free 15-minute phone consultation with a licensed therapist before starting. The practice accepts insurance, including BCBS, United and Aetna, for individual therapy, and offers video and online sessions to clients anywhere in Arizona. In-person sessions are held at its Scottsdale office on Northsight Boulevard and at a Phoenix and Anthem location.
