The Soul Work Center

The Soul Work Center offers intuitive coaching and somatic healing for women who want to release self-doubt, gain clarity and take empowered action. Sarah Dugas, an LCSW, works with clients through intuitive coaching, psychic mediumship and brainspotting, a somatic approach to emotional processing and nervous system healing.

Intuitive coaching calls can be held at a distance, so clients don't need to visit in person. Brainspotting is offered as individual sessions or longer intensives, and the center also runs workshops and groups focused on community and integration. The office is on Oak Hill Terrace in Scarborough, Maine, and sessions can be booked through the website.
