A Simple Therapy LLC

A Simple Therapy is a group practice of psychotherapists providing individual, couples, family and group therapy for adults, teens and families. Its services cover a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, ADHD, OCD, self-esteem, parenting support, substance use and relationship communication issues, along with support for men and LGBTQIA and gender-affirming care.

The practice offers telehealth sessions across Maine as well as in-person appointments in Scarborough and Portland. It does not accept Medicare, Medicare Advantage or certain other Medicare plans. Appointments can be requested through the website contact form, which asks about insurance, reason for seeking therapy, and preferred time of day and location.
